ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. In order to enter the Contest (defined below), you must agree to comply with these Official Rules (“Official Rules” or “Rules”). Therefore, please read these Official Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and by participating in the Contest, you accept these terms. You may not submit an entry to the Contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“Google”) with respect to the Contest.

1. Eligibility
   1. The Contest is open to legal residents of Singapore only, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
   2. Employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Google, its affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing partners, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to enter.
   3. To participate, users must have an active email account, Internet access, and a general electronic device capable of running the game.
2. Contest Period
   1. The “TAP TEMPO” contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 am SGT on September 20, 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm SGT on September 22, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).
   2. The “TAP TEMPO” game itself (the “Game”) will be available for play from 12:00 am SGT on September 20, 2024 until 11:59 pm SGT on October 14, 2024 (the “Game Availability Period”).
3. How to Enter
   1. To play the Game and/or enter the Contest, visit the “TAP TEMPO” game digital experience via the link: https://taptempo.withgoogle.com/intl/en_SG/.
   2. Within the experience, you will be able to:
      1. Play the Game and achieve a score.
      2. Submit your email address after gameplay to enter your score for the Contest.
      3. (Optional) Share the Game on social media.
   3. All entries must be submitted during the Contest Period. Any entries made after this time will not be eligible for prizes.
   4. You may enter your score for the Contest as many times as you like during the Contest Period, but only the highest score you submit during the Contest Period will be considered your final score entry for the Contest. No Contest participant can win more than one prize.
4. Game Modes and Scoring
   1. The Game offers three different modes players can select at the beginning of the Game, each with unique scoring conditions as outlined below. For all modes, the fewer the number of missed notes, the higher the score achieved.
      1. Classic Mode: Players must complete the Game with their chosen music track. There are no bonus points or multipliers.
      2. Double Trouble: Players must complete the Game with their chosen music track with a maximum of 3 missed notes to double their final score.
      3. Triple the Fun: Players must complete the Game with their chosen music track with a maximum of only 1 missed note to triple their final score.
   2. Score Submission
      1. After successfully completing a Game for the first time during the Contest Period, players will be prompted to enter their email address to be able to submit their score as an entry for the Contest.
      2. Subsequent game plays within the same session on the same browser and device will automatically record the new high score if it’s higher than the previous one, without requiring another email submission.
5. Prizes
   1. Google will award each Contest winner (determined in accordance with clause 6 below) with a 15% discount code for use on Google Store Singapore. The unique discount code will be sent via email and must be redeemed from 12:00 am SGT on September 27, 2024, to 11:59 pm SGT on October 14, 2024 (the “Redemption Period”), after which it will expire.
   2. The discount code cannot be used with guest checkout. Each discount code can only be used once. To redeem the discount code, the winner can visit store.google.com/sg, add eligible item(s) to cart and enter the unique discount code during checkout to receive a 15% discount off your purchase. The discount code may be redeemed only on Google Store Singapore for eligible items as allowed by applicable laws. The discount code can be used together with other promotional offers running at the same time. It is non-transferable, and it is not valid for cash or a cash equivalent. Google reserves the right to verify eligibility of winners.
6. Winner Selection
   1. All Contest entrants will be ranked by score (and for multiple entrants achieving the same score, then by how early they submitted the score). The top 50 highest ranking entrants (out of all entries validly submitted for the Contest in accordance with these Rules) in Singapore will be selected as winners.
   2. Winners will be notified via email before by September 26th, 11:59 pm SGT.
   3. Only winners will be contacted. If you do not receive an email by September 26, 2024, 11:59 pm SGT, you have not won a prize.
7. General Rules
   1. Google’s decisions with respect to the application of these rules are final and binding in all respects.
   2. By submitting your email address to enter the Contest, you agree to receive emails from Google related to the Contest.
   3. Google reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Google’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Google, or any judges.
   4. Google reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason.
8. Privacy
   1. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Google may collect, store, share and otherwise use personally identifiable information provided during the registration process and the Contest. The following data will be collected:
      1. User’s full name
      2. Date and time of entry
      3. Email address (hashed)
      4. Points scored
      5. Email opt-in preference
      6. Acceptance of these T&Cs
      7. Language preference
   2. Google will use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
   3. Game scores and related performance data, as well as the data set out in clause 8.1 above, will be accessible only to Google, its affiliates and vendors, for the administration of the Game and the Contest and any related purposes. Google will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of this data.
9. Limitation of Liability
   1. Google will not be responsible for:
      1. any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries;
      2. telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures;
      3. any Contest or Game disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Google; or
      4. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest or Game.
   2. By entering the Contest or playing the Game, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Google, its affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with your participation in this Contest or Game, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Contest.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    1. These Official Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
